TFT /EFT (Thought field therapy)
An energy-based treatment designed to reduce symptoms of psychological distress by manipulating how energy flows in the body, using tapping. Based on the concept that bodies consist of energy fields and that imbalances in this system cause physical and emotional issues. Tapping specific energy points in certain sequences in order to restore an individual's health and wellness.
Kinetic Shift
Kinetic Shift is a rapid method of therapy combining several different techniques to resolve fears, phobias, anxiety, weight loss, smoking, and even PTSD. OldPain2Go® is about you getting your unconscious and conscious aspects to talk to each other. The Practitioner acts as an intermediary in the process. This is not like anything else and all a Practitioner needs to do is talk with you, it is not hypnosis, no trance is needed. OldPain2Go® is a simple methodology based on how the brain processes things, so whilst we all store different information in our head, we do tend to process things in the same way as everyone else.
Reiki
Reiki works by channelling positive energy into your body, practitioners placing their hands on the affected areas of the body that need a boost, offering this energy and your body takes in the energy where most needed.
