Areas of special interest
As a keen sportsman I have played many, but golf is my love these days. To follow this love I have gained Level 2 Medical certification to be able to assess the golf swing via the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Assessment, currently the only Osteopath in Sussex.
I am currently the only Osteopath in Sussex certified at level 2 Medical Professional with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) California. Enabling me to analyse a golf swing and assess the body swing connection for mobility and motor control deficiencies that treatment and rehab exercise could improve.
Goals for your patients
Better mobility, better function, better understanding and better health. I feel it’s important to educate patients about their problem, Understanding why you’re in pain has a hugely positive effect and without doubt makes recovery and returning to an active and mobile life so much faster.
