During pregnancy our amazing body goes through many changes internally and posturally. Spinal curves change and adjust, organs have to move around as our body grows to house a baby. If we can be in the most ideal alignment for our own self, our architecture can provide a great place for the baby to develop and grow. The pregnant body needs space, strength, flexibility and breath awareness.
At Bridgeham we have a winning combination to ensure the body adjusts in the best way possible. Pregnancy Osteopathy treatments ensure the structure adjusts as is needed and Pilates 1:1 sessions and movement awareness sessions encourage you to know you can make these adjustments and allow your body to change for the impending arrival of your new bundle of joy.
