Bio & Qualifications

From an early age I did a lot of sports including skiing, basketball, swimming, fitness, athletics, golf among others.

I have always been interested in the human body and how to improve its ability to heal itself. While working as a personal trainer in the past I realised that without other therapies the body may have a hard time to function to its highest ability especially if there is any underlying trauma from the past. I understood then that I needed to deepen my knowledge in a different way. With this in mind it led me to Osteopathy. It all started with having treatments myself and experiencing first hand how treatments can improve my life and feel pain free again.

I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO), Maidstone in 2019 achieving a Masters degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost). After finishing the degree I took a role as a teacher assistant within the ESO.

I am currently studying post-graduate diploma in Women's health with the Molinari Institute of Health in London. This course led by Renzo Molinari is known world-wide and attracts many great osteopaths and physiotherapists from all walks of life.

I also completed training in Kinesio Taping.

Describe yourself

I am an Osteopath who tailors treatment to patient’s needs. Listen to their concerns and help them to become symptom free again. Each person is therefore treated as a unique individual using the assessment and management that is based on using a holistic approach, considering postural, medical and lifestyle influences. I use a variety of structural, cranial and functional treatments and Kinesio Taping where beneficial.

In my spare time I love spending time with my family, we enjoy our time outside, dog walks, gardening where I can teach my son where food comes from.

Goals for your patients

My goal is to restore patient's mobility, keep them moving and ensure their rehabilitation is effective, efficient and stress-free.

I encourage my patients to take an active role in their treatment and management by tailoring exercises when necessary and having frequent reviews of their progression.
